Instructions for Troubleshooting Network Issues:
First, please confirm whether you are using an old version of the software. If so, please upgrade to the latest version by visiting the official download link.
NeJuCoin, you can check the line status within the software:
- Make sure to log in to your JuCoin account.
- Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of the app's homepage, and select 【Line Switch】 to switch to a faster line.
- After switching lines, click 【Re-test Speed】.
- Go to your phone's 【Settings】 > 【Cellular Network】 > 【Cellular Data】 and turn off 【Allow Switching Cellular Data】.
- In your phone's 【Settings】 > 【Cellular Network】 > 【Telecom/China Mobile】 > 【Voice and Data】, select 4G and temporarily avoid using 5G.
- Ensure that your network speed is greater than 100 Mbps.
- You can switch to Wi-Fi or use your built-in telecom network and try reconnecting; alternatively, restart the software by closing it completely and logging in again.
Please note that when you switch network environments, you may receive a network error message indicating that you are switching networks.
